No Returns or Refunds

All sales of Mind Soak supplements are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Health & Safety Regulations

Once a supplement product leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back for resale or credit. This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers by ensuring that:

  • Products have been stored properly under appropriate conditions
  • Supplements have not been tampered with, contaminated, or altered
  • The integrity and safety of our product supply chain is maintained
  • We comply with FDA regulations and industry best practices for ingestible products

Product Integrity

Dietary supplements are designed to be consumed and, once they leave our controlled environment, we cannot verify:

  • How the product has been stored (temperature, humidity, light exposure)
  • Whether the seal has been broken or the product has been used
  • If the product has maintained its potency and efficacy
  • Whether the product has been exposed to contaminants

Damaged or Defective Products
